Haralson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man on Tuesday during a traffic stop on I-20 that ultimately was also found with psychoactive drugs in his possession, according to reports.
Loki Two Owls, 34, of a Portland, Oregon, address, was taken into custody on Tuesday, July 14 just after 7 p.m. after he was stopped on I-20 Westbound in a Volkswagen Jetta following another vehicle too closely.
Per the report, the Crime Suppression Unit deputies working the interstate then asked Two Owls to step out of the vehicle, citing his license suspension for a failure to appear charge on his record.
They asked Two Owls if he had anything in the vehicle, and he admitted to having psilocybin mushrooms in his possession.
Police found just under (.95 oz, or 27 grams) of mushrooms in his possession in the vehicle.
Two Owls was charged with a felony for possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, plus misdemeanors for following too closely and driving on a suspended license.
He remained in custody as of this posting in the Haralson County Detention Center.
