Jaylen Omar Carter, 20, was booked into custody at the Haralson County Detention Center on Monday and faces multiple charges in the death of a TJ Ware at the Red Rose Inn in Bremen last year.
He was extradited from Virginia after being taken into custody in late February in the area of Portsmouth, Virginia, due to the efforts of the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
Carter faces multiple felony charges including murder, aggravated assault, firearm possession, home invasion, theft by taking, tampering with evidence, use of communication facility in commission of a felony involving controlled substances, and criminal attempt to commit a felony.
All three of the murder suspects are now in custody locally from the June 2025 shooting death of Ware. Michael and Joshua Blair were arrested not long after the shooting that took place at the Red Rose Inn.
Bremen Police have not yet made any statements about Carter’s extradition from Virginia to Georgia after announcing his arrest on February 26.
